A one-stop online portal called the Social Service Navigator allows users to look for information on social services’ programmes, schemes and subsidies, and policies. Users can look for these social services according to target group, programme type, area and organisation through the website. For instance, one can find caregiver support that is nearest to one’s home, or even a day care facility for a loved one with dementia.
The Social Service Navigator was launched by the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) at the Social Service Summit recently.
