Concerned about your loved one slipping and falling at home? Global science company 3M has two products that will give you piece of mind.
One is the 3M Safety-Walk Anti-Slip Floor Stickers, which comes in various designs, for kids and for adults. The fine grit surface prevents slips and falls, while the 3M high-performance adhesive provides a reliable bond to most even surfaces. The stickers, which come in six pieces per pack, are available online at Qoo10 and Lazada 3M official e-store for S$19.90 (with GST).
The other useful product is the 3M Safety-Walk Wet Area Matting 3200. The open construction of the matting allows water to drain through, helping to keep surfaces dry. The Z-web design also provides uniform foot support for extra care. Maintenance couldn’t be easier with an antimicrobial coating that provides resistance to mildew, fungus and odors in the mat – all you need to do is shake it out or give it a quick spray with a hose and you are ready to go!
The 3M Safety-Walk Wet Area Matting is available at Qoo10, Lazada 3M official e-store, and Self-Fix. There are two sizes – the 45cm x 60cm mat (costs S$39 (with GST)) and the 60cm x 90cm mat (costs S$76 (with GST)). The matting is available in red, blue, green and grey.
