Home care services as part of employee benefits for employers

CaregiverAsia, a portal that offers home care services to careseekers, has partnered with CXA Group to introduce a range of home care services to employees as part of their staff benefits. CXA Group serves 600 enterprises and more than 240,000 employees in 20 countries.

Through the Group’s CXA Wellness Shop, employees would be able to select and book home care services such as home nursing, therapy, companionship and medical escorting services for themselves and their immediate family members.

Said Yeo Wan Ling, CEO of CaregiverAsia, “This partnership is the first of its kind in the region to introduce home care services to corporations and their employees. This is indeed a HR benefit that will continue to grow in relevance as urban nuclear families become smaller. It has been well-documented that corporations enjoy higher productivity when employees feel that their families are well taken care of.”

Added Rosaline Chow Koo, founder and CEO of CXA Group: “At CXA, we cater to employees at each stage of their work and life-cycle and are able to reach out to individuals with various home care assistance needs offered by Caregiver Asia. The CXA Wellness Shop, in combination with the use of our e-Wallet gives CXA members seamless access to a wide range of specialised health and caregiving services, for elderly family members in need, and also for children and themselves.” She added that members can also access CaregiverAsia’s services conveniently 24/7 via the CXA mobile app and portal.
