A caregivers’ handbook

Caregiving Welfare Association (CWA) has launched its second edition of the Caregivers’ Handbook. It contains useful information and tips for caregivers to help them better cope with some of their caregiving challenges. The 69-page book covers the effects of caregiving, tips on self-care, exercises for caregivers and those with limited mobility, and cognitive activities for seniors. It also delves into the Lasting Power of Attorney, Advance Care Plan and Advance Medical Directive, as well as bereavement, grief and death.
